Once fitted securely around the waist, the belt is able to stretch which will feel comfortable whilst running, preventing any pain from rubbing and chafing from occurring. The contoured lightweight design of the belt will mean that it will sit gently against the skin, and the lightweight design of it will improve comfort and reduce the amount of bouncing. The expandable pocket is able to carry small essentials in, holding them in place to prevent them from moving around and causing distractions.
